we lost our home at trustee sale om 01/07/2013. Have sheriff lockout scheduled for 04/04/2013 property went back to beneficiary Deutsche Bank as trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital 1 Inc, Trust 2003-NC8, Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of September 1, 2003. There are two assignments from New Century dated 09/01/2009 and 09/02/2009. filed 09/14/2009 and 09/30/2009 transfecting the deed directly to the trust 2003-nc8, both signed by Denise bailey from Litton Loan Servicing who was our lender at the time, notarized by two different notaries in Harris Texas. Is there anything we can do to try and get our home back?
