I have a pending case already in the San Joaquin Superior Court and the defendants sent a demur and a motion to strike. What should I do next? H.E.L.P.

    You information is great.

What do I do if the judge does not sign the lis pendens. Because it is my understanding that it has to be signed by a judge or lawyer to have it recorded. Dont have the lawyer money.

I SUGGEST YOU CONSULT A LAWYER ABOUT SIGNING THE LIS PENDENS. DON’T PINCH PENNIES AND DENY YOURSELF THE BIGGEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. YOU’RE ALREADY REPRESENTING YOURSELF. MAYBE A LAWYER CAN DO THIS WITHOUT REPRESENTING YOU OR BEING THE ATTORNEY OF RECORD. HAVE YOU ASKED THIS QUESTION YET?
