Hi Tim,
I have read articles about your success in penetrating the fraud of the mortgage companies. I reside in GA and have properties in FL and GA with Wells Fargo and Bank of America/MERS.
I would be very interest in assisting and/or joining “wrongful foreclosure” move.
As I am not in CA and was wondering if you could refer me to someone or an organization that could help. I have filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to stop their foreclosing on my property.
Thanking you in advance,
Susan Kerr
Niel Garfield at livinglies.wordpress.com has a list of attorneys that get it in multiple states
I read all your article and like to join in this class action suit. At the same time, I need some help as so my misinformation from different attorney that causes my house being action, but determine to fight. Have done forensic. I’ve been filing pro se, however, I got stuck from being naive and being ignorant about my case because, I thought my lawyer did protect in my best interest. my house was bought by a third party. I have very strong case. I know it. Case also file against the broker that represent my lender, harassment/defamation case.
Thank you
